Good news: in France, delivery is free with no minimum order! For a delivery in Europe, the delivery is offered from 50€ of purchases.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated, all orders are shipped within 48 hours maximum on working days.
For a delivery in France:
- Shipments < 250 g ⇒ delivery by registered mail (post office indicative time = D+2)
- Shipments > 250 g ⇒ delivery by Colissimo (post office indicative time = D+2)
For delivery in Europe :
- Shipments < 250 g ⇒ delivery in simple letter (post office indicative time = D+4)
- Shipments > 250 g ⇒ delivery by Colissimo international (post office indicative time = D+4)
Returns
The buyer has a legal withdrawal period of 30 days. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please fill in this form.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The buyer will be reimbursed after receipt and verification of the returned item(s).
Warranty
All our products are guaranteed for 2 years against hidden defects, in accordance with European law. In the event of a return under warranty, the buyer will be reimbursed for the cost of the return, provided he or she can provide proof of the return.
